Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Stila purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of products purchased on stilacosmetics.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original method of payment.
